Salad Time Of Year (Sad Face)

I've put on a bit of weight lately so I'm restarting my gym routine and healthy eating.  I decided to go lo-carb for today,  just to give must metabolism a kick start.  For breakfast I had scrambled eggs with ham and full fat butter. Pictured is my salad for lunch at college:  Mixed leaves, chicken and raw red peppers all smothered in REAL mayonnaise. It actually doesn't taste too bad!

    No (or low) carb. Medium Protein - don't go mental on it or anything. High veg.
